We run a credit, civil, and criminal background search. This not only tells us how they have handled their finances, but also if they have any judgements or criminal activity in their background. Discovering this information is critical to our owners for making a decision on the renter they accept for their property. Without this information, an owner is in jeopardy of accepting a bad tenant which could lead to horrific consequences.
